Lisa is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Eating Disorders Specialist, and nutrition therapist (LCSW) in private practice in the NYC area.

Her areas of nutrition specialization include:

  • eating disorders

  • pregnancy support

  • medically-referred nutrition plans
    (e.g., hypertension, gastroesophageal reflux, cardiovascular issues, diabetes mellitus, etc.)

Lisa’s academic achievements include a B.S. in nutrition and psychology from Simmons University, an M.S. in clinical nutrition from New York Medical College, and an MSW from Fordham University. She has shared her nutrition expertise in such publications as Redbook, Glamour, New York Times, US News & World Report, Fortune Magazine, Todays’s Dietitian and more. Lisa’s passion lies in helping individuals and families overcome eating struggles and emotion-triggered eating.
